FAQ’s

Rules? Trust me, I like breaking them sometimes too but here are some that are important for you to know and follow.

1. How long do lash extensions typically last?

Typically youll need a fill every two weeks. But, this schedule is highly influenced by your lash growth, daily habits, maintenance, and health. Personalization is key — your ideal touch-up schedule could be weekly or bi-weekly. Rest assured, we'll customize your lash journey.

2. How much time does it take to apply a full set of lash extensions?

Setting you up with a fab full set is a craft that takes from 2-3 hours. It's your time to relax – all I need from you is to rest with your eyes closed. Need a refresh? Refills are quick, needing just 1 to 1.5 hours max.

3. Can I use my phone or bring a friend to my lash extension appointment?

To make sure your lashes turn out stunning, I kindly ask you to keep your phone tucked away and make the appointment a solo adventure. Movements and distractions can make lash application tricker, and we're aiming for perfection here!

4. Do you use cluster lashes?

No clusters here! I'm all about the health of your natural lashes, and individual extensions are the way to go for a look that's as real as it is ravishing – no damage or fake fullness to see here.

5. What products do you use for your lash services?

I'm proud to deliver excellence with every swipe and brush. I use Ellebana, a renowned and trusted company in the lash industry, for lash lifts. For tints, it’s Refectocil sensitive all the way – the best, and FDA-approved to boot.

6. I have short lashes. Can I still get a lash lift?

Of course! Your lash length won't leave you out of the curve party. I've got a variety of options up my sleeve for that just-right curl that'll suit your unique lashes to a T.

7. After washing my lash lift, I noticed a perm solution odor. Why is that?

That little whiff is the calling card of the perm solution from your lash lift. No stress – it'll be gone after a wash or two.

8. I've noticed some short and bent lashes a few weeks after my lash lift. What's causing this?

Ah, the joys of fresh lashes! Those bent newcomers were just babies when you got lifted, and now they're hitting their growth spurt. Catch them at your next lift, and they’ll be playing with the big lashes in no time.

9. Are the products you use for lash lifts and tinting safe?

Safety first – always. The Ellebana products I use for lifts and the Refectocil sensitive tints are the cream of the crop, kind and gentle for your peepers. And yes, our tints have the FDA nod, so you know they're top-notch!
