Rules? Trust me, I like breaking them sometimes too but here are some that are important for you to know and follow.

Transparency matters to me—and so does protecting your time, my time, and your lashes. Please take a moment to read through my updated studio policies before booking your appointment.

🤒 Illness Policy

If you're feeling unwell or have been in close contact with someone who is sick, please let me know as soon as possible so we can reschedule. This applies to all illnesses, not just COVID. I work very closely with your face, and your honesty helps keep both of us safe.

⏰ Running Late?

Life happens! If you're running behind, just send me a quick text.If you're more than 5 minutes late, we’ll need to reschedule, and a fee will apply (see below).

❌ Cancellations & Late Reschedules

Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 90% of the service price to the card on file.

🚫 No Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without notice, I’ll charge 90% of the scheduled service and you’ll lose future booking privileges. No-shows impact my ability to serve other clients and keep my schedule running smoothly.

💳 Credit Card Authorization

A valid card is required to book. I’ll only charge it if there’s a violation of the cancellation, late, or no-show policies outlined above.

🆕 New Clients

If you reschedule more than once, or cancel without rebooking, your deposit will be forfeited and you will no longer be able to book future appointments. Thank you for understanding that my time is limited and in demand.

📝 Forms & Waivers

All required intake forms and waivers must be completed before your appointment. These forms help me customize your service and ensure your safety.

If you fail to complete the necessary forms prior to your scheduled time, your appointment may be canceled and a late cancellation fee will apply.

Please keep an eye on your email after booking—you’ll receive everything you need there. If you don’t see it, check your spam or reach out to me directly.

💸 Refunds

I do not offer refunds for any services or booking fees.
If you're unhappy with your service, reach out within 48 hours and I’ll do my best to make it right—just make sure you’ve followed all aftercare instructions.

✨ Come With Clean Lashes

Please arrive with no eye makeup, creams, oils, or moisturizers around the eye area. Lashes must be squeaky clean to ensure great retention. Dirty lashes = poor results, and I want you looking flawless!
